Evap code P0451 and the culprit

Damn. CEL came on again while driving home from work last night. I was praying it had nothing to do with emissions since I replaced the CAT and A/F sensor a few months ago (both OEM). Nope. Its an evap code this time. P0451. Fuel pressure sensor circuit short. Hey maybe I just need to pop open the service door under the left rear seat and replace the sensor? Nope. You can see in the first picture that the green wire corroded and is F'd. Instead of trying to splice something in to repair the wire, I'll just replace that harness. Oh what a pain. I had to partially drop the tank to get my hands in there to remove the old harness. The harness also goes to both rear wheel speed sensors. I suppose I could just leave all the old wiring and connectors where they are and just fit the new harness around it, but I don't like doing things that way. Just get it done right. So if anyone gets this code from a CEL, pop that little service door open first and inspect the harness to the sensors.

i know this thread is old as dirt but i have a p0451 that wont go away and after smoking it im not finding any more leaks.
it appears that when the previous owner changed the tank they didnt unplug the wires and destroyed most of the wires and fixed it with electrical tape. I reconnected everything with butt connectors although id rather replace the harness. any chance you have the part number for that harness handy?
