Evap to Drier Tube(A/C)

Did the evap to drier tube always come off the evaporator core on the drivers side in all model year 3rd gens? Once I verify that all model years have it in the same location I'll fill you guys in on why I'm asking. Thanks

Nobody? OK, how about this. Will a few of you great guys go outside and look at the front of your truck. Behind the grill in the lower right corner of the drivers side there will be a little 1/4" black line that goes up towards the drier canister. Please let me know if it is on the drivers side for you as well. Here's a photo. It's the black line in front of the radiator/ac evap core. Thanks

Yea I believe all are like that
I just replaced that line on my truck that I got from a junk yard
And all the runners I came across had the same line regardless the model

Well mine runs to the same place but the part # is different pre 98. I have a 99. Just an FYI, the AC condensor is in the front by the radiator. The evaporator is in the dash. Just in case you call a yard or parts store and are asking for the line so there's no confusion.

Thanks guys. It has nothing to do with A/C repair. Mine blows colder than a witches tit with 242,000 miles under it's belt.

It has everything to do with the fact that Relentless cut the notch for that line on the wrong side. Yep. They cut this really beautiful CNC'd notch on the WRONG SIDE. I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt here and assume the guy who punched everything in was looking at the template in a mirror. :mad2:
