I believe it means your 4wd selector is in neutral while your transmission is in park. It's more of a warning sign because the car will roll even with transmission in park cause none of your driveshafts are engaged.

Correct. From the owners manual: "This light warns that the transmission “Park” mechanism is not engaged. If the front drive control lever is in the “N” position while the selector lever is in the “P” position, the transmission will disengage and the wheels will not lock."

Funny thing...
I have my manual but i didn't look good enough.. I'm having 4wd issues so i thought it was something else going wrong.
