This might deserve its own thread or poll...I'd think more people would vote for an ex-wife or soon to be ex-wife sitting in the vehicle when this celestial event occurs, but meh, maybe not.

Reminds me of the guy who wins the lottery then tells his wife to pack your bags, you're going on a trip. She asks if she should pack for somewhere warm or cold and he says he doesn't care as long as she's not in the house anymore.

With my 4runners, no I don't wish bad on them as they have been good to me. I've had vehicles in the past that I definitely wished bad on though.

I returned from a DC trip only to have my husband take MY car and trade it in for his mid-life crisis-a Ford F150. In turn I got his hay haulin', dog slobbering, mountain mudding 2010 4-runner. I burst into tears when he opened the door. Do I wish a meteor fell on it? No, I wish a house fell on him!

After: a new windshield, new tires, map update, oil change, front end alignment. new battery, new carpets, AND 2 day detail=$2700.00

Needless to say-my vehicle has been reborn and is awaiting a new roof rack and running boards.:naughty:

Used to be he drove his Ford fusion or C-Max or Carmax or whatever the f*** its called to my mom's house, now they take her VW diesel cuz it aint worth sh!t anyways.

Jeez if anything the 4Runner is my midlife crisis car, but its about 10 years too late. NO MORE PICKUPS! I mean I like pickups, but the two tickets for driving on no-truck streets here in Chicagoland, can I borrow it PLEEZ, cant park it on the street overnight, crappy traction unless you got weight in the back, and then the damn thing rear end slides around with those sandbags back there.

I do wish someone would back into my front or rear bumper just enough to warrant a replacement but not enough to seriously damage it. Steel plate bumpers on their insurance's dime would be great.

Yes. I regret not getting a trail w/ rear locker & navigation. Those are so expensive to add.
Plus, I'd have def got some serious undercoating while new. I'm a ocean beach driver and the sand & salt always eventually win.

Hell no. I have more money and time invested in my 4runner than could ever reasonably be compensated. Even though I love daily driving mine, I am considering buying a beater to keep the miles and crash exposure away from mine.

I wish a mini meteor would blow out my stock struts so I could justify the purchase of 5100s to myself and The Handler of The Checkbook. And the meteor can take out the stock duelers at the same time.
