Everyone running wheel spacers get tiny shake?

Yup, and maybe the steering rack bushings?

But my truck was so smooth beofore the spacers were installed. It may be tie rods though

Well i've gotten my tires balanced twice now from 2 different shops. Although the behavior has changed a little in the shake. The steering wheel shake is almost gone, but the cab shimmies a whole lot more now. Now what?!:crazy:

after installing hub centric wheel spacers 1 and a quarter, and putting my tires on some 15 inch rock crawler wheels I experienced shaking.
I knew it needed an alignment so I got all new inner and outter tie rods and sway bar links as well as energy suspension bushings for the front UCA's. Got it aligned and it shakes pretty bad after 65. Any ideas of whats wrong?
wheel spacers torqued to 90ft lbs as required.
