id check the boots on the balljoints and see if you have any tears. no tears and a little grease isn't really much to be worried about, just keep an eye on it

My lower ball joint boots looked similar to that. Had a small tear at the bottom leaking a bit of grease and I ended up replacing the boot cover myself in about an hour.

When I took the old boot off there was hardly any grease in the joint. It isn't making any noises or causing any issues so I just added a bunch of grease and installed the new boot. Had I not done anything, and just accepted a little grease on the outside of the old boot as no big deal, I may have been looking at new ball joints in the near future.

Just learned recently that the lower ball joint is not replaceable without aftermarket part. so good idea to replace the boot if its leaking. getting an extra year or 2 out of it will very nice on your wallet. good thing you did. I had recently had the area open. if i knew i would have done it for 10-20 bucks. would have definitely given it some piece of mind!

I just did it this weekend. Not too hard but bending the washer part was a pain.
