Everything ok with this pic?

Took a picture of my oil pan the other day. I thought it was strange that it had this wet appearance. I have not changed the oil recently and it is not leaking. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

I agree with NJShadow93. do a wipe down and check it. also see if it needs a tiny little snug as well. if there is no puddle or drip or a sign of a dip showing then you will be ok. But at the next oil change clean the plug and the pan where the two meet.

I would spray the whole pan with some Simple Green (best) or 409 (if that's all you have) and wipe it down with an old towel you can pitch. Then give it a couple days and look again. Having a clean rig makes it very easy to tell when things are not acting as they should.

was washer replaced at last oil change?

could be missing or just lost its ability to seal. do you drive much on dirt? like marc said, tighten up too. I replaced my plug with a magnetic one...can't hurt-$8 on ebay...
