Hi, I need a recommendation for an exhaust system. My original is finally going. I'm looking for longevity as well as quiet for my y2k 4r.

Have you considered a new factory exhaust? About the same price as a premium aftermarket system (Like the Borla I have, and recommend) but quieter.

I have a Walker Quiet Flow muffler connected to the factory tailpipe right now. I like it better than the Magnaflow and Dynomax that I had on before. I honestly believe that the best system for our 3rd Gens is OEM. It just costs $400-$500.

Another thumbs up for Walker Quiet-Flow, although might want to throw on a few coats of high temp paint on it before putting it on since some claim it's made from cheaper stainless steel that still rusts... I've had mine for a year now and it was bolt on and still looks OK, I do live in the rust belt.

400 stainless rusts but lasts a long time.
