Exhaust tip that bends?

I have an OEM muffler on my 4runner. I'm getting ready to buy a trailer hitch cargo box. As you know, the muffler would be aimed directly at the box.

I'm hoping to redirect the exhaust with an exhaust tip that points to the side or down.

I haven't been able to find any online.

Would this work? Where could I find one?
