Hey Clemson is there alot of interior noise when the rpms go up? I really like how its not blaring loud but has a good smooth tune to it. Sounds really good.

Also is there a certain type you got or is there only one universal Cherry bomb vortex? Like what size and everything?

Thanks.

Best is definitely a matter of opinion and varies greatly depending on what you are looking for. So, what are you looking for? :)

^ I agree.

SleekRunner- It's hard to say. You can definitely hear it inside. Once I turn the radio up a little I can't really hear it. It's hard to know what some people would like and not like.

I'm pretty sure this is the one that I have. 2.25" in and out. Offset out. Model number 88101. You can find it cheaper other places probably.

Okay awesome thank you. I wouldnt mind hearing it inside, as long as it doesnt drone on that would be annoying IMO. Exhaust is kinda far down on my list but its good to know that i really like the sound of this one and a really good price.
Thanks for the help! :gun6:

ive loved my spintech exhaust. its something different but ive got all the angles in this video,

I have a 24" Magnaflow with a cheap after market cat which flows a little more and I love it. Its not overly loud and has a pretty good tone.

Well I'm sorta wanting a full system. I'm trying to keep it under 500$ and I want it to sound kinda like it does when you take the cats off. I live in Texas so I can't pass inspection without them.

So you want a really loud exhaust with duals?

There is no full system like that for 4runners. Very few people even have duals.

Okay, thank you.
What would you suggest?

Loudness wise?

I saw a video on YouTube of a 99 4r with flowmaster with dual tips

That guy is on here. I haven't seen him in a while though. His screen name is Sloan.

Try to contact him on here. All you should need for that is a single in dual out Flowmaster 40 and then take it to a shop and have them do a custom exhaust.

The problem is going to be trying to route the pipe around the spare tire.

In that case you should be good. You can either go out the side like Sloan did or go out the back like Jason B did.
