Anybody make one for a 2021 to accommodate add-a-circuits ? It's got a different fuse layout AND it's a different physical size compared to previous years.

Be careful. 2020 got a redesign of the footwell fuse box. I got this for my 2020. See all of their items for alternative colors. 2020 Toyota 4Runner Black Fuse Box Cover with Side Slots | eBay
I don't know about 2021, but I bet it's the same as 2020. Then again
Heads up, I had to get a hair dryer and use it to reshape the clips and tried bending the whole thing down the center a bit. After doing that, it's been solid since August. The only special tool I needed was the hair dryer. You can use whatever crap you've got lying around to create a little "bridge" for the whole unit and whatever weight you can find to apply into the center of it to try to get the curve out of it. Hit it with the hair dryer while you're doing that but not too much to make the plastic too pliable and you should be fine. Same thing with the clips. I recommend a hair dryer and not a heat gun especially for the clips because you don't want it getting too pliable or just turning into goop, and if it's too hot you won't be able to reshape it safely with your fingers.

I have a cover sent out to a member that will arrive sometime next week to verify fitment on a 2020 4Runner, so hopefully we should know more sometime next week.

Oh, I actually bought yours. Doesn't fit a 2021. Unless you have a different version?

Interesting. I'll look into that one. The fuse layout looks the same as my 2021 but I haven't compared in detail yet.

He’s got an Etsy store with a version for Lexus IS/RC that seems to be the fuse layout for the 20-21 4Runner. This is what he’s trying to verify according to his previous post. See the fuse layout photos in the link below.

I have his version for my 18ORP and like it. It’s ABS plastic, stronger and stiffer and snaps on snuggly.

I sent my original to MESO about 4-6 months ago. They are going to make a new one. But who knows when it will get done, they've been busy with other projects.

I can’t find any wiring diagram or description of this on the website.

But it seems that they just tap the wire into the load side of the fuse blade. So you are adding your load onto the existing OEM circuit load. Not an approved electrical practice unless your additional load is very small, like 0.5 Amps or less. Or if you install the fuse in the reverse orientation, so you’re tapping off the unfused +12V side, and you add your own inline fuse to your load. This is a clunky solution.
Plus you still cannot put the OEM fuse block cover on.
I don’t see any advantage to this.

The tap goes on the hot side of the fuse so has no effect on the wire going to device of choice. It’s doing the Same the exact same thing as the add a fuse tap without the bulk. As noted you add a fuse at the tap wire. Cover fits fine , the wire bends at a 90 angle

Too much work. I'd rather use an add-a-circuit and either leave the cover off or wait for an extended one.

That’s cool that it works for you. If you have time could you snap a couple of photos of it installed in the block showing how you formed the lead, and how it comes out under the cover? This may be a good option for people who only have one or two circuits to deal with.
