Extended Warranty, Still Eligible?

We have a 2014 SR 5 with 197K miles on it. Wondering if it is still eligible to purchase an extended warranty? For the record, I have done all the maintenance including fluid changes. Used 0w20 Synthetic in the engine, mostly Mobil 1, though also Pennzoil, depending on price. Used Mobil Delvac 75w90 in the rear axle, front differential, and transfer case. Used Valvoline Synthetic ATF in the transmission. We keep getting stuff in the mail trying to sell us an extended warranty. Does anyone the truck would be still eligible for an extended warranty? How much would it cost?

My experience, the extended warranty's that are worth it are the ones that tack onto the factory warranty for xx years. but you have to purchase these within the factory warranty period otherwise your ineligible.
