He was a little overwhelmed at the amount of requests that came his way from this forum and also I send another Highlander forum to him since I also have a Highlander.

He is doing better at responding now than at first. Sorry if there were any delays.

I thought he was very prompt at responding. Compared to my jeep dealer I was going to, which averaged 3 day IF I got a call back at all. He called my back within 2 hours.

I sent him an email last week for a quote and have not heard back. Is it better to call him or should I just have more patience?

Hi -new here and 1st post. Going to part w/ my much loved 09Subaru for a new 2016 Trail Premium.
Anyway, glad I'm doing my research here before hitting the dealer. I'm hoping Gamester5 --or if any of you could share the contact info for his EW guy? Wanting that pricing & info so that I don't get ripped off when I head to the dealership.

This site is amazing, and thanks for the help!

I would call and email again. I know he was slammed early on but he promised to do better.

I will reach out to him as well and make sure he can get in contact a little sooner for all members.

I emailed him several weeks ago with no response. I called him Saturday. He was busy and took my name and number. He said he would call me later. I still have not heard from him as of 4 pm Monday Arizona time. I will try calling him again tomorrow.

I emailed the weekend before last and called this past Friday (16th); I was told he was out of the office but would be back in on Saturday and left a voicemail. Haven't heard anything back either.

He has been on vacation until this Wednesday. If he is not able to respond in a timely manner I will seek his boss and see if there is someone else that wants to help us and respond quicker.

If not I will find another dealer. He emailed me Monday and said he will be taking care of all requests when he returns Wednesday.

Please keep me posted, I don't like delays or failed promises.
 
Hold the phone..... my contact is no longer at the dealership as of today. I have spoken with the General Manager and we will be sending all requests to her directly.

Once I have that info I will pass it along. So sorry for the delays and issues, this should clear it up quickly.
