How long ago? sometimes it can take a week or two. You can reach out to the contact via email if you have any questions.
It has only been a week but the reason I am asking is that she mentioned that it would “show up online within 24 hours”.
The only online place I know of is Toyota Owners. Is there another site or will it show up there eventually?

Thanks gamester5... got my official paper last week.
Can I please get a quote for the 7 years/84k miles Certified Platinum warranty with 0 deductable on 2015 4Runner Trail Premium with 52K miles. I just bought it and it has certified 12 months/10k warranty, so the extended warranty will need to kick in after that.
Can you also clear up if the extended warranty could be purchased only at the time of purchase of the vehicle because the vehicle is used? At least that's what the dealership told me. Also, do I get 30 days to decline and return the warranty since I already purchased it from the dealership?

I think they mean by "online" is it will be active as of that date. Paperwork will be sent to you.

Hello Trail,
Hate to tell you but these deals are only available for people still within the original factory warranty of 3 years and 36,000 miles.
When buying a vehicle brand new you DO NOT have to purchase the extended warranty at the time of initial sale. You can purchase it any time within the factory warranty period.
Also, let's say you purchase a 5 year / 60,000 mile extended warranty. The first 3 years/ 36,0000 miles are covered under the factory warranty so really you're buying a 2 year / 24,000 mile extended warranty.
Make sense?
Just received paperwork on a 10 year / 125K mile warranty. Local dealer claimed they could not purchase it at the price I was quoted.
I received invoice from Gamester's dealership within the week and then paperwork from Toyota Platinum warranty maybe a week after that. The whole process was about as flawless as I could have hoped for.
What Gamester is doing for us on the forum is a great service and I really appreciate it.
