External B-pillar plastic trim - stain/discolor

The black plastic B pillar window trim (trim pieces between front and back doors along windows) on my 2013 has some sort of oily staining going on that does not not come off. It's almost as if it's embedded in the plastic. Anyone seen similar? Any advice on removing it or cleaning it off?
