Extra 12V outlet in center console & 12V constant

Hey all, I just bought my 4Runner over the weekend. There are a couple things lacking that I've found mentioned on here, before.

I tried a search, but didn't find the info I was looking for. I was hoping one of you could point me to the right place.

The two things I'm looking for are:
-Extra 12V source in the center console
-Re-wire for 12V constant.

Also, is there are sort of storage organizer for the center bin? Besides the coin holder? Seems like a big space in need of some organization.

I think you're talking about the 115V outlet inside your console. If so, open up your console and it should be on the bottom front. If not, the 12V should be inside your little console (right next to your shift knob).

You can add the ashtray to give the extra cig lighter outlet or hard wire a new one and locate it where you need it.

Unfortunately, mine doesn't have the 115V AC pre-wired. I'll have to figure out some mod to get around that.

I did find the 12V in the ashtray. But I've read others that have a dual 12V in the ashtray, somehow.

There's basically nothing in my little center console. It's just a big empty space....

If you have an 04 that is not a Limited, I think that is the problem. The 12V inside the console came 05 and beyond. I am just guessing. My 04 SR5 does not have one inside the console storage thingy.

My wife's 04 Corolla LE does have one inside the console, if that doesn't add to confusion. Couple that with auto-headlights that she has, and I don't.

Makes one think sometimes as to why the differences amongst the same model year.
