yes, extreme budget. wife won't let me spend it.

I already have to replace shocks so I figure I can add some rear springs on top of it.

My plan is to get a cheap lift out of replacing worn parts.

Bilstiens - wheelers off road - 195 (plus ship)
o-riley monroe rears - 50 (might splurge and spend 100 on rear bilsteins)
used stock LC coils for rear. - 50ish

so I've read I can use my stock front springs with bilsteins put it on the 2nd or 3rd perch and get a 1-1.5 inch lift.

what kind of rear spring am I looking for to get a 2inch lift. I want a rake, will be towing a trailer with it, 1500lbs max. then add dogs and kids and stuff to the runner, and kayaks on top.

things to know, I will get a rear bumper with half swing away tire carrier and front cbi bumper with possible winch. but for now, stock. I 'would' like this budget lift to 'work' with the extra weight 'when' it comes. and still give a soft ride. for now it's DD with no weight

I just put OME 891's in the rear of mine with the 5100's..... very nice rake with the Tacoma 5100's and OME 881's in the front. I wanted some rake as well. Dealt with Dan at Wheelers Offroad. Great customer service and fair pricing.

I got all 4 of my Bilstein 5100's on jet.com using the 20% off first time customer coupon for $240 shipped. Then $5 for energy suspension 3/4" bushings from autozone.

Use a vice with 2 sockets to press out/press in the bushings, cost $ FREE.
