that thing is awesome. i'm surprised the owner isn't a member. he has some $$$ tied up in that truck. it'd be mine if it was a USA truck and somewhat local.

Pretty sure the owner was a member of this forum as I've seen the rig before just can't remember his name.
 
That was a really put together truck...great attention to detail.

Haven't seen the fellow around lately...nice guy, probably took very good care of the truck.
 
That's [MENTION=54951]pawzitiv[/MENTION]'s 4Runner, I think his build thread is till in the Build Thread Sticky, great looking truck but I don't think he's been around the forum in a couple years.
 
$36k Canadian so that like $44k US right? :doh::D

Sweet truck for someone who wants to walk straight into a built rig :)
 
Total eye candy! Have to respect a purposeful well built truck ready to go anywhere and conquer almost anything. I even like the orange tidbits, except on the underside and the sliders.

I talked to him not all that long ago so he is still around. Arie is a good guy so anybody considering the truck can rest easy that it is as advertised.

Haha I know just being a smart @ss. I was in Vancouver a few years ago and the exchange rate had flipped (was around $.93 US to the CA dollar at the time). Vancouver being overly expensive already was exasperated by the difference, so much so that a street person asked me for some money, I obliged, and gave him a US $10 bill, the only cash I had on me, he looked at it and asked if I had anything else! Lol You believe that!:frusty::doh::D
 
That rear bumper is by Hefty Fabworks. They are in CO and that bumper runs $1800 and they will have 1 (one) ready to ship this week. I was going to buy it but turns out I have a CBI on the way.
 
I bought this rig from Pawzitiv. Arie is a great guy; very knowledgeable and pays very close attention to detail. I get about as many looks as somebody in a Ferrari. Being a Dutchmen, I love the orange theme. The truck is extremely capable and when she does get stuck, I have about every piece of recovery gear imaginable (everything came with the rig). I only hope to do Arie proud; his biggest worry was that it wouldn't be put to good use and taken care of. I still find myself wondering why and how he parted with it.
