haha so you mean you want double stick adhesive for less than $200. Yea i think i can help, you can get vinyl and use that, it completly blocks out the headlight and will not melt onto your headlights. You can take it off when ever your done or ready for a new design. You can get any color or pattern ie carbon fiber. And you can cut them however you want.
