Factory fob remote starter Sale!!!!

Amazing price on a really good remote starter that I personally have. Found it on 5th gen facebook page figured I would share it here with you guys.

I personally have it and I can tell you it works great. Install can be somewhat painful be patient and you will get it done. The only downside to this remote starter is everytime you hit the brake pedal it makes a clicking sound from a relay. I ran into an issue with the harness and their customer service was on point! I paid $350 for it so you guys are getting a steal and then some.....

This is the only factory key remote starter that I know that does not shut off the vehicle when the door is opened ( THIS WAS A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME) ONLY FOR THE G KEY!! Not applicable for push button start

Thats the 1 thing that bothers me about toyotas remote start, I wish someone would hack the thing so it doesnt shut off when I want to get in.

safety issue.. you wouldnt want your idling car smashed in and driven off in the morning do you? Lots of idling cars get taken for joy rides during winter. Look it up.

As soon you hit the brake the car shuts off, you need to insert the key turn it to on position and then hit the brake the car stays on. You can't steal my car idling if the key is missing.

With this remote starter it does not shut off unless you have to push button start, 12volt said they can override it but wouldn't as that is a serious liability.

The remote start itself is not OEM and you are limited to OEM keyfob range. There are many remote starters out there that can utilize the OEM remote and not shut down when opening the door unless it is a push to start.

Watch for this deal to pop up again. OEM fob for remote, 2 way extended range remote and a 1 way remote with tharness installed.

Correct, but it utilizes a factory key and plug and play ( Except the 2 wires that you need to tap in if u have a factory alarm) I did a lot of searching before I made this purchase and not a single remote start offered the vehicle to stay on once the door was opened.

I picked one up. Been debating this for a while. Hopefully the clicking noise won’t be too annoying but it the cheapest I have seen for one of these kits.

Hey dont forget that Accessorides is a vendor on this forum and they offer the only full plug and play system for the G Key models, meaning NO wire splicing at all and the truck stays running once the door is opened. Havent had any issues with mine. :surfer:

good... that's why the shut off feature is implemented

I don't know about your research, but all aftermarket remote starts do not shut off when the door is open unless it is a push to start Limited 4runner unless the installer turns shut down with door on in programming.
