Imagine that...
Toyota packaging and PN

Option code LD401 right off of my window sticker. (Can't get much more OEM than an option code on the window sticker)
Need any more proof?
And yes, if it's offered as a port installed option, it's OEM.
Are you going to argue that the Magnuson made, Toyota branded supercharger for the 4th gen V8 isn't OEM?
Are Nitto tires not OEM on the TRD Pro since Toyota didn't manufacture them?
How about the TRD wheels? They are port installed, not factory installed. Are they not OEM?
How about the N-Fab manufactured steps for the 4Runner, Taco and Tundra that are offered as an option?
You really think Toyota manufactures every little part, and that's the only thing that makes it 'OEM'?
Oh, look at this... a thread started in '15 talking about these very lights, with PNs.

LOL man you're worked up, quite entertaining. NFab steps are also an "OEM" option, still not OEM. Toyota took someone else product, assigned it a Toyota PN, and charges 3x what they're worth. But sure, we'll go with your theory.
