Whie working under the hood today, I noticed there are a few holes in the top of the fender through which I can see the tires. Is this normal or did someone possibly forget to replace some plugs? It seems odd to me, I would think water, sand, etc. would get slung in by the tires?
Easy enough to plug them, but curious as to why they are open.
