Factory locking rear diff

With the 5th gen finally revealed, I'd like to spec out which 4runners (4rd gen and up) have had locking rear diffs as a factory option. USA and Canada only.

I think only the US 09 v6 4runner - is that correct? The Canadian versions (I think) never had the chance!

I also don't see this option for the 5th gen.

FJ Cruiser and Xterra have the option, as well as a couple of the Hummer variants, the MB g500, and a jeep or two. What else?

Only the 2009 4runner V6 TRAIL EDITION had the rear locker. Regular 4runner V6 4wd did NOT have the rear locker.

I know nothing about the Canadian versions.

5th gen (2010) 4runner Trail Edition (or whatever it's called) has the rear locker standard.

There are many vehicles with at least a rear locker. In addition to what you have listed, there are: 2010 F150 Raptor, Dodge Powerwagon, Range Rovers, Land Rover LR3, VW touareg, Porsche Cayenne, Acura MDX (semi locker), Honda Ridgeline (maybe Pilot), and some chevy trucks.

I believe the only 4th gen to have the factory locking rear differential is the 2009 Trail Edition (model #8664).

2nd gen Tacomas with the TRD Off-Road package also have the rear locker in 2WD or 4WD.
