Does anyone know of anywhere to download the factory service manual for a 2001 4Runner? I don’t trust the wiring diagrams in the aftermarket manuals

This will get you 2002. While 4Runners do vary a lot from year to year, '01 and '02 are virtual clones.

You can also download whatever you need legally directly from Toyota with an inexpensive TIS temporary membership...
