Fair price for a 2011 TE with kdss?

Thinking about getting a newer 4runner and either selling or trading my 2011 TE with 92.5K miles. I know TE's are hard to come by and there are none around in 200 miles (MN). Just wondering if I can get your opinion's on what's a fair price for it. KBB shows around $21K but hoping since it's a hard truck to find that I can expect to get more than that from a toyota dealer. Any one has had some experience in a similar situation?

Looking at getting used 2016 SR5 premium just to get the 3rd row and some features. Any experiences from going from a TE to an SR5.

Head up to Carmax, they are generally better than all dealers.

Carmax is pretty good. Also My friend used the KBB Instant cash offer and got about 2k more for his older lexus so you can try that too. Im no expert But I would say with the mileage $23 is max depending on condition and the right buyer. My last Subaru was a 2011 WRX Hatch. All stock except for tuner/intake/exhaust with 40k. Carmax offered 18500 But since it was WR blue and no longer in production demand went up and sold it for 23k. It all comes down to who really wants it and what they will pay

21-22k sounds pretty close to me. I'd imagine the dealer would list it for 24'ish.

I look once in awhile to see what I could get for my Limited (with 85k miles) and I'm guessing I could get around 24k on trade.
