Fate of old parts?

Hey all, I'm in the process of moving, and I've got a bunch of various parts laying around that I have no idea what to do with.

(No, not a sales thread... if that ends up being a viable option, I'll post appropriately in For Sale.)

The question for now is, do used parts actually sell on craigslist? Has anyone had luck doing this? Or do I have to take them to the dump? (And will the dump even take them, or do I have to find a scrap metal junkyard or something?)

At this point, I have to get rid of the stock front springs and UCA's, the side steps, and my stock front sway bar (or should I hold onto that? I took it off to soften the ride a bit).

Ideas?

Throw them on Craigslist and price cheap. People will buy them.

The classified's on here should be a good bet too... just list which state you're in and people should jump on those.

Ok, I guess I'll try to sell them.

What if they don't sell? Do regular "dumps" take parts like those? Or do they have to go somewhere special?

scrap yard would take it but i would think they would sale. so what u want for the side steps? lol
