Ha... [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION] Help me out here! We both know what kind of contributor Dave is. As a matter of fact, Dave helped with my move to the PNW. He allowed me to have a nice safe place to mount my iPad during my trip.

Ducmonsta & phillyd2 are top notch guys & have the bomb 4r , but went with Vegas guy . Just split the winnings you two & go to 1st gen Gatorose !
 
How is it that Dave (phillyd2) is always DEAD LAST every freakin' time he's nominated for this?

Has anyone actually gone through his build thread? He has more custom features than most AND he wheels his rig pretty damn hard AND he is always helping people in one way or another.

I just don't get it but it kinda pisses me off.

No offense meant to the other nominees here, but it just sucks that such a good build/guy always seems to be last. WTF?

Unfortunately, people mostly vote for how the truck looks. Dave's and Jake (jblick) have the best sleepers on the forum. It's hard to see things like ARB lockers, interior touches, and even high quality Warn winches in pictures.

However, during the next 5th gen month, I'm nominating [MENTION=66316]1engineer[/MENTION] simply for his contribution to the forum. I bet we can get a lot of the old school members to vote for him just for the sake of winning. I'd love to see the reaction some of the newer members when he wins.

I vote for Dave every time he's here. I can answer your question though:
Why would a guy date a girl with store bought instead of natural boobs? Looks. People are so shallow and vain and this forum is no exception. Ohhh! I only go to the mall but I want spacers, bad assed wheels, lift, winch, bumper, etc. Some of these wheels these guys pick would take two hours to wash and would pick up mud like a mofo and cause the shakes. If I ever buy a set of wheels they would have to be simpler than my stock rims.

Most members that make it to these polls here usually are well deserving for the winnings IMO. Me personally, I look at what the member has done to there ride, and who they are as a person with help to others (from postings as I can't meet them personally).
Granted some can't afford to do some of them MODS that are not seen, but, do with what we have at the time.

I personally gave a vote for you, due to we all know the things you have done in the past for this sight, (and posted on another thread in the past). Me personally think you have been deserving to win this honor for awhile now.

So that being said, if you win this round, take it with pride, and give yourself a prize for a change.

A bit harsh, I struggle every vote, usually I'm almost to a coin toss when I decide.
 
Voted for [MENTION=6163]phillyd2[/MENTION]. As mentioned by [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION]. Both Phillyd2 and [MENTION=68685]Ducmonsta[/MENTION] are deserving, but Dave deserves the spotlight on this vote a bit more as the quintessential good-guy who never gets the girl. This is such a hard decision between [MENTION=68685]Ducmonsta[/MENTION] and [MENTION=6163]phillyd2[/MENTION] Decisions, decisions... Both are incredible rigs for all different reasons. Each of y'alls are both very thought out and well built. I almost don't want to vote because I can't decide.
