Fender Flare Weatherstripping: Where to buy

It looks as though the weatherstripping/molding that goes between my OEM fender flares and body is starting to wear and fade in some spots. I was wondering if anyone had the part numbers for this stuff, or if there was an aftermarket weatherstripping that worked to replace it. Any suggestions would be helpful!

dealer sells the sport/limited flare stripping in multiple colors.

When I replaced mine...I just went to the dealership and gave them my VIN. They were easily able to look up the part number and had them for me the next day. Don't remember how much they were...but wasn't much at all!

While you're there, might as well get the clips that hold the fender flares on (the body shop had what seemed like hundreds of them)! When I took mine off...It seemed like I broke every other clip. I'm sure it wasn't that bad...but I did break quite a few. Oh..and I didn't pay attention where you lived, but if it's around salt, you'd be smart to order all new hardware at the same time..at .05-.10 ea...just cheap insurance that makes life a whole lot easier!

FYI: the clips are color coated (IIRC..they're yellow and red) so make sure you remember which color goes where. I took pictures before I removed any of them. That will save you huge headaches later.

Well, I called the dealer and gave my VIN to check for the parts, but the dealership told me that my vehicle didn't come with flares. This would be inaccurate, as every body panel on my 4Runner came from the factory tagged with the VIN number and they all match.

Anyone have a part number for this stuff? The one I found closest for the front was 75691B for the front left fender flare. Anyone have something else?

Just tell them you have a 2001 Sport or something, as all of them had flares/weather stripping.


Edit: I think this is the part numbers, "Flare Pad". It has all the colors too.

look at the picture below. your flares look like these right? also you dont have the thin strip you have the larger ones in the back highlighted in green they come "painted" a dark grey which you could easily make the same black to match your truck 202 is your paint code on the truck. I am working on the back as soon as you let me know this is the fenders you have

Well, I actually have the stuff you're looking for. Was going to put it on my SR5 flares, but then decided to take them off. They are the rubber strips that will stop the flare from rubbing the paint off of the fender. PM me and we can talk about price.

as far as what it looks like or how relevant the data is? We have had the new version for about a year now. we get the update discs every couple months I am sure we are up to date on our data

yeahh we had the new style for about a year now. we were running the old program on vista. when microsoft cut support for it we had to upgrade because the new interface wouldn't run on our old computers. I called the PRA yesterday and they said support was ending soon on the old snap-on catalog. you guys will hopefully upgrade soon. i like the new one way better
