Fender flares replacement

My fender flares on my 04 are sun damaged on the top side. They are pretty bad, and cant be repaired with a polisher. They would need to be body worked and reshot. With that being said, is anyone aware of a company that makes painted flares? I may end up looking at wrecking yards, but it appears most want to sell the entire fender for the front pieces as opposed to just the flare. I may end up having the front bumper and the flares repainted, but that will be pricey. So, I am looking at alternatives. Thoughts?

Alternatively take them all off and do a rhino-lining or something like that on it.

Never tried this, but have heard it's a cheap alternative. Just time consuming. The PO did this to my 4th gen years ago, but they have faded again, so it's not a permanent fix unfortunately.

I've done this with a blow-torch (oy), and it looks good for a little bit, a few months maybe? I think for black plastic there are other treatments. I've used 303 protectant afterwards to reduce the fading.
