I am looking for a decent set of fender flares for an 89 4Runner, any suggestions?

Do you want stick on or cut our flares?
Warn makes good flares, as do several other manufacturers.
Cut out flares are good if you want a little larger or wider tires and don't want to lift your truck. They remove about 1 or 2 inches of fender.
Stick on kinds do just that. Kinda cheezy and fall off after a few years. Good ones don't, but they also cost more $$.
Then you have ones that attatch with screws. These can be good too, but like the cutouts, you are not going to want to take them off...kinda like a tattoo, youre committed for life (or new fenders!)
It just boils down to why do you want them and how much do you want to spend. 1st gen have a lot of good choices available from just about anyone who does aftermarket peices. Try http://www.performanceproducts.com/ for some nice ones...or any of the advertised sponsors on this site, tho they seem to cater mostly to newer rides.
