Few lift questions before it goes in this week.

I'm doing my lift this week and I have just a few questions. Im doing the bilsteins with OME 885 fronts and superflex rears with a 1/4" top spacer in the front.

Should I get new top hats or just re-use the ones that I have? If so, where is the best place to pick them up?

Should I replace any of the bushings/other parts that wear while I'm doing the lift?

One more, Where do I get the torque settings for all of the bolts?

I'm excited for the lift!
