Few nice pics of my runner from today.

Just snapped a few pics while surveying some recently purchassed land. Ill try to upload some more soon.

after coming down from a trail leading towards the top of the property. On the crest of the hill to the left is the my proposed homesite

small creek crossing. Dosn't look like much but I managed to sink the poor runner to the axles on the first attempt last week in this soft gooey shit. Brought a bobcat down and cleaned it up a bit. much smoother now.

Previous owner must have liked 4 wheeling. There are numerous trails cut through the land, including this nice little hill climb. This picture does no justice for the steepness of this hill or the ruts that are dug in it.



Hope to start construction on a house by mid next year.

Awesome woods man. I hope to find me a nice parcel of land like that some day. I live too close to DC to find anything like that. Maybe when I'm a little longer in the tooth I'll move farther out...

Auctauly that is my girl's little sisters boy friend.. haha that sounds funny.. He was scratching his ass I suppose. lol if you look in the front seat of the runner, my girl has her ass up in the air for some reason. No idea what was going on there... haha
