The swing out is on a Crushed Delrin Bushing so no metal to metal contact.. The Locking Pin is urethane reamed to tolerance. Makes for a snug fit but keeps the swingout from developing a rattle.

I do like the approach angle you were aiming for and I like how yall did the sides.

We could do it with no dimple..However, much like our front hoops on the bumper pictures do not do it justice. The owner of this bumper was the same way he didn't want the holes...Well he let us do it and now he loves them.. In pictures they really only look like holes but when you see it on the truck it gives it that little something extra.. And you were correct they do also serve a purpose to add strength to the plate.

We do have two... One in our personal forum as it discusses prices, details. The 3rd Gen Forum is for feed back and discussion. Not sure what you mean by outdated pics???

CBI has a good looking bumper with a similar name... Maybe you have us confused...

Yup I saw the pics of both bumpers and they look identical at first. Thought CBI and outdoor logic where the same vender. I see the suttle difference now with the tire carriers and I thought the punched holes on yours was the finished version of CBIs.

If I had seen your thread first and then CBIs I most likely would have posted the same comment over there and vice versa
