Finally got it up...in the air

Pretty happy. Been waiting some time to get this. Thanks to everyone for all the help and advice. Really went a long way in researching this process. i know to some folks this is kinda old but maybe new to some. We all start somewhere. Here's some pics and descriptions. Just wanted to see what ya'll think. Once again, thanks for all the help.

Done yesterday : Install time 8 hrs

Front
Toytec/Eibach 3" lift coils
Bilstein 5100 Taco (were previously installed last fall), set at lowest setting
Diff drop
UCA/LCA bushings (decided about half way there that it was a good idea at this time. Original bushings are fine, just thought maybe we should put the polys in while we had everything apart. Knew what kind of a job this was and was more concerned about getting everything else installed, especially when this really seemed to be extreme preventitive maintenance. Will set them aside for another day.
driver's side done in about 2 1/2 hrs (including bushing dilemma)
passenger's side done in 46 minutes

Rear
OME 890's (thanks to Audiness for the A and B advice)
Bilstein 5125's
ES sway bar and end-link bushings (didn't work out so well)
Took everyones' advice on breaking the stock shocks. Worked perfect on the passenger side, not so much on the drivers side. Ended up with shock juice spraying all over the garage, air hammers, grinders and eventually ripping the thing out like a bad wisdom tooth. Both lower bolts on the sway bar brackets broke. Need to tap them and get new ones in to re-install the bar (I want my sissy bar on being that this is my DD)

All in all I've got some skid plate bolts busted off inside the frame (that was from the Yota mechanics) and busted sway bar bolts. I consider that a pretty successful install.

still waiting to install:
panhard drop
Savage sliders
Brembo Tundra rotors and upgrade
E-locker guard

pile of stuff

Looks good. Eibach coils and 890's are possibly the only other changes I'd make to my setup in the future. The ride height will take a week or more to fully settle, but I'd be interested in fender-to-hub measurements when it does. What spring compressors are those and how do you like them?

I took wheel to hub measurements before. planning on waiting a sec for after measurements. Those compressors are bomb-diggity. I believe they are from Snap-on. My buddy borrowed them from the dealership he works at. Last time I dealt with coils we were using cheap Harbor Freight ones. They were a pain and also flimsy and felt a little unsafe. These were extremely heavy duty and easy to use. At no point did we worry about the compression. I will get exact info if you wish-

Nice! How hard was it to assemble the front coils/shocks yourself? I'm contemplating whether or not I want to do it myself or just pay to have it done.

If you have the proper tools, its very easy. Save yourself the money and try to borrow the tools from a friend.
AND DO NO USE TIE DOWNS AS THE (cheap way).

I don't find swapping the coilovers out a problem at all as long as you have good spring compressors. It helps to have 2 people so you can crank on both sides evenly. Where I live, I found one shop that would swap the coils out for me. Guy wanted $100 a side. Even the local lift/ORV shop would not do it. You need manly compressors no matter how you get them. Also, keep in mind getting the stock coils off is one thing. Putting larger springs or top plate spacers on is another. It requires a lot more torque on the springs to get them to fit. there's also the thread with video of the fellow changing the coilovers without spring compressors. I personally don't think it's any more/less safe than compressors-

Update: Finally got the truck cleaned and got a good photo after lift install. What ya'll think?

seems to ride fine so far. That's also comparing it to the absolutely roached stock suspension that was on there -
