Finally got my 4R!!!

After a couple of years popping in and out of this forum, and desiring to get a 4 runner, finally picked it up tonight.

I cannot believe I was actually debating between the 4R and an Explorer, I went and sat in an Explorer and just said "no way", I did not even want to test drive the thing.

I got a blue 2015 Trail premium with the KDSS. I only put eight miles on it tonight, but hope to get some driving in soon. As for mods, well, I will scan the board for interesting stuff.

Oh yes, thanks to the forum for assisting, I have been reading for a while and feel very confident in this purchase.

Thanks everyone! I would get more pics, but I have not driven it yet since the first time and it is sitting in the garage, so the light level is poor. But it looks like every other stock trail, but the blue color is really nice, better than what the Toyota website shows (probably like that with all colors).

After the newness wears a little, I will dive into some easier and low cost mods, like the under hood LED lighting.

I got the trail premium with the purpose of not having to mod it much, it has about everything I desire in a 4x4.

No, I do not think so, the switch says "DRL, parking, then headlights", it is "type A" switch in the owners manual which says it is not auto headlights.
