Finished a 1,500 mile Colorado Trip (PICS!)

I just got back a day ago driving from Dallas, TX to Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado (1,500 mile round trip) with my runner that now has just over 161,000 miles! Didn't do any off-roading, but i finally got to use my new PIAA lights in total darkness and drove up a snowy mountain. For those who live in Colorado, consider yourselves lucky. It truly is a beautiful state! Enjoy these selected pics!

Thanks! Those were plasti-dipped back in June of 2011 (been just over half a year) and they're still doing great! (they're just really dirty in these pics)

That's awesome! I was there this time last year, wish I could be there now! (Hopefully soon..) The dunes are awesome but I stopped by on my way back to AL from Wolf Creek (22 hrs) so I probably didn't spend as much time there as you....





I also stopped by the infamous Lake Como Road ("toughest trail in CO") to Mt. Blanca on the way as well, it's right off the side of the road between 160 & the dunes. Only went a few miles, nowhere near the top, but the view was spectacular.
