is this what i'm looking to make? would a piece of c-channel work well?

anyone got dimensions on these?

I'm not saying they will. If you have your sway bars maxed out you'll have a harsh ride. If the panhard is still at stock length/drop you DEFINATELY get a screwy ride. Hell, it sounds like mine was riding better than the OP's without any sway bars, I still don't have the rear one. I would sugest you lengthen your sway bar end links and either get a panhard drop bracket or an extended panhard. I dont agree with the extended panhard because it is meant to be as close as level as possible but others have had no problems with just extending it. I personally took the time to make a drop bracket and I think mine rides better than my buddy's does with an extended bar. I would start with those items and see if it rides any better.

Right now your sway bars are acting like torsion bars and that will cause alignment and ride issues. I added about 2.5" to my front links and the sway bar was happy again. For the panhard bar I made a mount out of some 3/16 flat stock from Sears and dropped the panhard down about 4 inches and my harsh ride was gone.

Not really. the sway bars definitely will not act like torsion bars. they are pretty much free to move up and down. all that happens is that the upper bushings will have a little extra strain on them and that will have absolutely no affect on ride or alignment. it will only act like a torsion bar with one wheel is trying to move independent of the other in which case, yes it will act like a torsion bar because that's exactly what it is designed to do. The panhard bar will not affect the ride or front end alignment either. i do not have a panhard drop on mine and my alignment specs are fine and the ride is not harsh either.

if you do not want to build a bracket, there is this. but if you have everything to make one, i would probably just do that instead

if getting the alignment does not fix the ride, you might need to change the 882's for something else. they are supposed to have 150+ lbs of extra weight, i think your arb only weighs about 90lb minus the weight of the stock bumper.

Yeah already swapping them out for the adjustable billies, ordering them on friday and am going to run those with my stock coils.

I'm going to spend the weekend in the shop dabbing some of these things up...

Tires getting rotated as we speak then on to firestone and see what happens from there i should make new links and a bracket reguardless if it has an effect on my current issue. You know? It needs to be done one way or another, that said i'll know later if it is alignment or steering components based on the numbers steez. Gave me will report back in a bit

Maybe not a torsion bar but I know after I lifted mine the end links snapped off from them not being long enough. They are definitely not as free to move up and down as they were in stock form. I just need to clarify that I'm not saying the panhard is causing a bad alignment. I'm just trying to help and state what I did on my truck to make it ride the way it is supposed to. When I dropped my panhard mount I got rid of a lot of jarring over bumps. I'm also running a lot softer rear suspension than you guys are so maybe thats why mine was the way it was. Panhards are most efficient when they are as close to parallel to the axle as possible, when you lift the rear up 3 inches you are basically making the panhard 3 inches shorter causing it to pull the axle to the passenger side. So when you compress the suspension(we'll say to stock height)it goes back to being centered and when you unload it(back to your lifted height) the pan hard is pulling to the passenger side because it is set up to keep the axle centered. I'm having a hard time explaining it without pictures but I know how it works and what it does and if you understand that then you can figure out how the panhard can cause a harsh ride.
