Firestone won't align my truck?

i like dealing with this firestone shop, and they already do my lifetime balance and rotate (even though they can clearly see i have wheel spacers, they are bright blue spidertrax ones).

changed out the rear springs and moved up the c-clip on my 6112s and now the tech came in and was like "we cant assure you it will be within spec".

I didnt have time to mess with them at that moment and left in a bit of a huff.

i want ammo to go back and explain to them that it can be done, I have aftermarket UCAs and 4wheelparts got it into spec (for an obscene pricetag) so firestone should be able to as well...

I didn't, really. I haven't been back there since this post - I had [MENTION=99235]Scott@Hightech[/MENTION] do it and do it right
 
This sounds almost bat guano crazy! I had a Daystar spacer 2 1/2 1 1/2 lift and Firestone sold me the lifetime alignment. It was aligned 3 times with the spacers and all numbers were in spec. Castor was at the very low end (2.5), but still within spec. I upgraded my suspension to an OME / Toytec lift a little over a month ago and Firestine has tried to align it twice with no questions asked. The 2nd was to try and get Castor better than .5, but it couldn't be done. (Confirmed by a Toyota dealer).

Long story short...I'm wondering if it's the spacers more than the lift???

I have the toytec setup as well. I think it's just laziness on the part of firestone.

Thanks for the compliments fellas. I love working on these trucks.

It does seem like Firestone is either under qualified or lazy. Try another location or shop.

The other issue could be that the cam tabs have been flattened out. Thus not allowing it to be aligned easily. Send me Pictures of all four eccentrics. I should be able to identify this issue, as well as the
