Just bought a 99 Limited 2 days ago. Always wanted a 4runner, just never pulled the trigger. Looked for a while and found the one I wanted. High miles (190k), but in near perfect shape. 1 owner, well serviced and runs as good as it looks. Very, very happy with the purchase. Looking forward to many miles and years out of an extremely well made vehicle. It needs a couple little things. PO put an exhaust on it that is a bit louder than I care for, but not too big of a deal. Belts squeal when cold. Changing out this weekend. Looking for a brush guard. That is pretty much the list.
I'm running my first 4Runner as well. Always wanted one, but never thought I could afford one.
