I have a 1989 4Runner 3.0 5speed and am needing to replace many suspension components. I don't really know anything about toyotas and am always open to help. I currently have 4-6 inches lift but do not know for sure as past owner didn't know hardly anything about it. What would be good rear springs, front upper ball joints/spacers and shocks for all 4 corners? Thanks for any input. I love crawling yet it's also currently my daily(should add it's running 33x12.5x15 tires. Thanks again

It's probably a body lift + bracket lift, and unless you're on full width axles it's probably too much. Lets see some detailed pics of your suspension and somebody should be able to ID what you've got.
