so guys, i am basically looking for suggestions for my first mod. up until finding this board i never really thought of modding my truck, but now, i feel some urges to. all i have so far is tint and the hood deflector.

any suggestions? looking to keep under $1000 for now i think. something maybe, looks-wise as i don't really care about performance.

i was thinking maybe hid's, front sport bar. i dunno. suggestions?

I like the look of 4runners with some type of front grill/center protector or something similar. Also it allows you to add some auxiliary lighting.

Do some searches for Westin, JAOS, T&H & MANIK.

Also some beefier tires are always good. I bet you Canucks get some good snow so maybe something with more bite for the winter months (if you haven't done so already)

umm i think these are all too manly for me haha. i don't want to have a loud car, i don't want to raise it and i am not sure about the front bars.

thanks for suggestions though:)

Maybe this is more to your liking:

hehe, sorry couldn't resist and yes, I would drive it

If you like music, you could update your speakers or get an auxiliary input for your head unit to use an MP3 player.

Do you still keep your $1000?
Maybe you can buy a bike hitch like the one I have.

First thing I would do... Ditch the dunflops, go for some Revo's... Little less than a grand and greatly enhances the performance of the truck without lifting or adding on extra inches on the front (or back) of the truck). After that, add the weathertech mats front and rear to protect the carpet, extra brake light that mounts in the tow receiver (or a bike rack that mounts in the receiver), then put whatever is left to gas money...

I dont' have Dunlop tires. Mine came with the Michelin Cross Terrains. I don't bike, so the trailer hitch thing won't be of much use for me.

haha hello kitty might be cute though! :)

LIFT! LIFT! LIFT!

Noticed that you have a LTD, possibly w/o XREAS.

It comes with XREAS and Air-suspension.

I was looking into the TRD dual exhaust... but I didn't want to lose my spare tire.. although i've seen someone with the borla dual exhaust with the xreas, airsuspension, and his spare tire intact. so expensive though... hard to part with money.

You won't need new tires just yet....

You probably won't want to lift it.. . ever.

Sports bumper looks iffy on a white 4runner... plus if your going to hit something.. it won't matter if the bar is there or not.

Maybe HIDs with the black headlights + black taillights. Looks good on white.

hmmmm...

i dont' want some loud obnoxious exhaust and i don't want it raised, I won't be able to get in!

maybe the hid route, as long as my step-bro will paint my light! he owes me, so he can do that for me.

TIRES. Practical. Looks good. Safer.

Recommend: BFG AT KO, Goodyear Wrangler with SilentArmor, Bridgestone Dueler REVO, Goodyear Fortera with SilentArmor, Michelin LTX M/S, Michelin CrossTerrains, or Yokohama Geolander HT/S.
