I have been driving a '97 Subaru Outback for 140,000 trouble free miles, and was in the market for a second car as my 16-year old has her temp.
There is a used car lot next to my work where my co-workers and I brouse often.
My original intention was to get a small, high MPG car. But, when I saw this white 2003 2WD 4runner with 66,000 miles for $12,000 I decided to take it for a test drive. I loved it right away--so smooth, and I liked the V6 power.
It was a one owner lease vehicle with a clean carfax.
I took it home and took the wife and kid for a test drive, and they loved it, also. I have really been enjoying driving it for the last week.
The back hatch dosn't open--the dealer promised to have it fixed, and the mechanic has taken the door apart, saying that the latch is frozen. Other than that, which should be fixed next weekend, it is perfect!
