First tow...frozen caliper? Normal?

I bought my T4R over a month ago and this weekend was my first occasion to tow with it. It is a v8 with a tow package...

In terms of power, there were no issues, this civic is feather weight compared to other things I will be towing and have towed with my 06 tacoma v6.

What was a little scarey was when someone slammed on the brakes on the beltway. It happened so quickly that I can't properly describe what happened, but I did feel the truck or the dolly go to one side...like pulled to the right. Is that a sign of a frozen caliper by any chance? Or maybe that's how trailers make you feel slam on the brakes? Like the yolk swivels a little since there is so much pressure pushing against it and the runner?

With that type of trailer without surge or electronic brakes, that isn't uncommon. When you stop you have several thousand pounds pushing on you with a central pivot point. If your trailer isn't line up dead center, it will push to one way or the other.
