So I finally acquired a set of FJ coils off a 2010 with 36,000 miles. I am pairing them with the Bilstein 5100's like a lot of people do but I am not sure what setting to use. My goal is to level the 4runner it's an 05 v6 4wd with a bull bar and two 6 inch lights. I'm thinking the 1.75 setting but do not want the front higher than the rear, but I'm afraid the .85 setting might not be enough. Any advice is appreciated.

did you read the sticky on this exact topic? lots of advice in that thread.
if you have no plans to touch the back (not sure from your post if you got just the front 2 set coils or all 4) all you need to do to level it is gain roughly an inch in the front (that's why daystar sells the crap out of the 2.5/1.5 spacer lifts... gives you both a lift and level at the same time... )
If you want to be sure just measure your old coils when removed (unsprung) and compare them to the fj coils.. if the fj coils are an inch longer (unsprung) then put the 5100's on the 0 setting. remember the fj coils i believe have a higher spring rate so they'll sit higher when installed than your oem springs (if they were the same length), all other things equal.
at the end of the day it doesn't really matter because it's adjustable.

do you have a v6 or v8? if a v6 use .85, coils will net nearly 3/4" of lift. if v8 then either 1.75 or .85 with a top plate spacer

I have the same set up with 1.75, but I also run a 1.5 rear spacer and it looks great. So that should give you your answer.

FJ Coils, 5100s all the way up in front, 1.5 spacer in the rear. Perfect.
