FJ cruiser question

i have an 08 4runner. i have a few budies that have done a few swaps with fj cruiser parts. what all parts can be used off of a fj to my t4r and what are the pros and cons of doing that. because i am looking to do a few things to mine. ive only had it a few months. any suggestions are welcome. thanks!
