Need Help

Appreciate suggestions:
After driving the Land Yacht for a few years, we are acquiring a new 4Runner.
I am not disabled but my husband is. There is no handle on the driver's side to get in the car like I have enjoyed on the Cruiser. Pulling on the steering everyday cannot be good for it. Has anyone put a Highlander or Tacoma handle in their 2025? Its really important to me...TIA

Are you considering the driver A-pillar or the spot on the overhead above drivers door?
I do not know 2025 models-Any pics?
Ebay has generic sun visiors, handles etc. but colors will not be exact.
Toyota has same colors but very costly.
Also look at FJ handles.
