FJ Spring Question

Can somebody tell me if a set of springs from a 2008 FJ trail edition will fit my 2005 4runner w/ v8?

Second question is how much lift will i get from these springs alone?

and last do i need to use different shocks than oem?

If you search, there's tons of info on this. For starters, check out the link in my sig.
1) Yes they will fit.
2) Depends on if you're a 4wd or not. 4wd expect 1/2" front, 2wd expect 1" front, and either way expect .25"-.5" rear. This varies, but it seems to be pretty close.
3) You can use new shocks, but not required.
