Ive had this flapping sound for a while almost like a little choo choo in there , sip sip sip sip sip. I took everything apart and I dont see anything obiovus. I swapped the HVAC motor and there was no change. Sometimes when I change the HVAC to floor it will stop. Strang thing is that if I turn off HVAC completely it will continue, AC on or not, does not matter. fan running or not does not matter. Is it just some rouge leaf in there somewhere? Is there anything I can check?
