Before 1996 there was only one mass shooting in the entire history of the U.K. which was in 87'. If you look at non-mass homicide rates, the UK and many other nations initializing bans fared no better afterward.

I can print a gun out on a computer, I can take a block of aluminum and router it into almost a full gun.

the national border cannot be that hard to cross illegally ahem wanna go into that subject?

You've missed the point. How many people transport weapons across state lines vs National borders. I didn't say it was impossible but if you're trying to tell me it's just as easy I'd say you're flat out wrong.

It is crazy easy & legal with minimal power tools and a jig. what word do you guys like to use undocumented or something

People buy 80% lower receivers and machine the rest out with a "wood" router using a jig. The gun you then build doesn't have a serial number so it's kept off the books and you don't need a background check. I believe it is even possible with 1911's. What is difficult to understand about that?

Private business vs Government...

Your comments show you don't really understand how the Bill of Rights works.

It's there to protect the people from the governing bodies that overreach. To be honest, I didn't really understand how important it really was until well into my adult life.

I hated history growing up, but as I learned more about the past, not just Americas past, but the world, it really put things into perspective.

There is more in that Bill of rights aside from the 2nd that is important. Our democracy was built on this very fabric. The foundation of America was built on the 2nd, which allowed us to have the 1st and 4th. Most people don’t realize what they are asking for when they want to ban guns. You can’t get rid of one, without destroying the others.

You would have bipartisan agreement that touching the 1st and 4th would be insane. If you don't want the 1st, 4th, 5th, or 6th, you might as well move to North Korea.
