Fluid coming from front strut

I have a '05 Sport edition V6 and I lifted the vehicle the other day in the garage to pull the wheels to replace the tires. When I went to reinstall I had a fluid leak under the front passenger side tire. Investigation found fluid coming from the front strut.

I'm pretty sure I have that XRAES or whatever it is. I'm not sure if this is a sign of failure or what.

Now when driving at speed I have a vibration in the steering wheel. I think it may be that front right wheel bouncing.

Any suggestions or guidance on what to do here?

I suggest checking the torque and balance on your wheels/tires and replacing your XREAS with 5100s
